24 years were needed to build the first 100,000 homes; the next 100,000 homes were built in five years.

Mission: Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with God and people everywhere, from all walks of life, to develop communities with God’s people in need by building and renovating houses, so that there are decent houses in decent communities in which God’s people can live and grow into all that God intended.

Habitat for Humanity of the Mid-Willamette Valley promotes home ownership with volunteers building houses in partnership with Mid-Willamette Valley residents in need of adequate housing.

Habitat for Humanity of the Mid-Willamette Valley does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, age, handicap, religion, marital status, or because any portion of an applicant's income is derived from public assistance programs.
